Our chef is available to cook delicious cuisine from all of the villas’ state-of-the-art gourmet kitchens. He can prepare anything from snacks to five-course dinners, special banquets and canapés. Many Western meals are available, but for a unique cultural experience, guests are encouraged to sample some of the local Balinese dishes. The chef will strive to fulfill any special dietary requirements.
A barbecue is available for use in all four private villas – and the in-villa seafood grill with fresh fish, prawns, lobsters and crabs sourced directly from the fish markets at Jimbaran, is highly recommended. Just remember to discuss meals in advance (ideally 24 hours) to allow the chef the time he needs to prepare and source the freshest produce available.
Villa Kalimaya offers a dining service with groceries charged at market price (plus a 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate). They also have a selection of wines which can be purchased at wholesale prices.
